The Harnett County Board of Commissioners makes appointments to fill vacancies in other Boards, Commissions, and Committees over which the Board has power of appointment. The procedures followed by the Board of Commissioners are provided in Rule 30 of the RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HARNETT COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA.
