The Clerk of Superior Court's office is responsible for filing, processing, indexing and maintaining every paper filed in all Harnett County foreclosures.

Files are maintained at the Harnett County Courthouse in the Clerk's office. Unfortunately, these records are not available online. Our office is located at 301 West Cornelius Harnett Boulevard, Lillington, NC 27546.

For information regarding foreclosures, you may contact the substitute trustee whose information you will find in the Notice of Foreclosure Sale in the newspaper or posted on the public bulletin board in the courthouse.
