Voter Registration Information

• Must be a citizen of the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older or a person 17 years of age who will be 18 by the date of the general election
• Must be a legal resident of Harnett County
• If previously convicted of a felony, must have had your legal rights restored
  

• If mailed, the registration form must be postmarked at least 25 days prior to the election
• If delivered in person, the registration form must be received in the Harnett County Board of Elections Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 25th day prior to the election

Complete the form, including all required information, and mail to Harnett County Board of Elections, P.O. Box 356, Lillington, NC 27546. THIS FORM CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THE VOTER'S SIGNATURE AND OTHER REQUIRED INFORMATION.
