Child Service Coordination Program
The Child Services Coordination program assists families who have child development concerns about their child. All children birth to five years of age with special needs are eligible.
This voluntary program helps families locate and use community services that are designed to support families.
There is no charge for your family to participate. If you have children from birth to age five who qualify for the program, your child service coordinator will work with you in meeting your family’s needs.
Your child service coordinator understands the importance of strong families and he or she will be a source of information and support to you.
Various services are coordinated with referrals to appropriate agencies and programs that meet the needs of the child.
Referrals may include: developmental evaluations, preschool, developmental day program, mental health, parenting classes, Social Security Administration and the Infant Toddler Program.
