The Health Education Division has a staff of Public Health Educators. Educating the public about health issues is a goal of public health.

Health Education programs are designed to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles.

Health Education programs and services are available for the following:

community and civic groups, churches and or faith based organizations,

industry and schools.

Public health education serves to reinforce health promotion messages within the community ultimately helping to reduce health risk and improve health status.
