Maternity Care Coordination

The The Maternity Care Coordination program

provides services for expectant and post-partum

mothers.

Services include pregnancy testing counseling,

family planning information psycho-social counseling

and referrals to WIC, Department of Social Services,

Childbirth classes,and prenatal care.
