In most cases, Harnett County uses North Carolina's Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NCDENR), Environmental Health Services Section's applications. However, there are several applications that are not provided on the NCDENR website. These applications can also be found on the right side of the Health Department's webpage under the "Downloads" heading.
