The Prevent Diabetes Grocery Store Tour is a community partnership between Carlie C’s IGA Grocery Stores and Harnett County Department of Public Health.
This tour was created to teach, how to evaluate and choose healthy foods for persons at risk for Diabetes or persons living with Diabetes. The tours consist of teaching how to plan and prepare healthy meals and portion sizes.
This is a free service and does not require a physician’s referral.
