Stop Smoking program: Freshstart

Freshstart : Stop Smoking Program

The American Cancer Society’s Freshstart program is designed to help smokers stop smoking for good. The program consists of four one-hour, small group sessions.

The Freshstart program focuses on making the stop-smoking experience positive and successful.

The following free sessions will be conducted at the Harnett County Department of Public Health:

People come to Freshstart with many different experiences and expectations.

Be certain that you are not looking for a magic pill or a painless cure for your smoking.

There just isn’t any.

Your commitment and effort will ensure your success. Freshstart will help you focus and strengthen your efforts and commitment.

Freshstart has helped thousands of people quit smoking for good. You can be one of them. And when you become a successful former smoker, the credit will be all yours.
