The vasectomy program does have guidelines and requirements; Must be 21 years of age, the fee is based on family size and income, health insurance is accepted, assistance is available for uninsured, requires a mandatory 30 day waiting period after consent forms are signed, travel outside of Harnett County for the surgery.
