Harnett

Triangle
South Enterprise Center is a small business incubator located at 600
South Magnolia Avenue in Dunn, North Carolina. The Center is
administered by the Dunn Area Committee of 100, Inc. and is assisted
by Central Carolina Community College and its Small Business Center.
The Small Business Center provides on-site counseling services,
seminars, workshops, and other assistance to businesses located in
the Triangle South Enterprise Center, Harnett County, and
surrounding areas.

Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) has helped
North Carolina businesses grow and create
new jobs since 1984. We provide management counseling and educational services to small and mid-sized
businesses. Most of our services are free of charge, and all are
confidential. By providing entrepreneurs with the tools they need to
build and grow successful businesses, the SBTDC positively impacts
NC's economy.

NxLevel for Entrepreneurs (also known as the
"Existing Business
Course") is a 12-session, 36-hour course
designed for entrepreneurs who want to expand an existing business
and need to develop the skills required to manage growth. It's
been proven that the entrepreneur who plans is the entrepreneur who
succeeds. Therefore, this course will teach participants to
develop a comprehensive business plan that will serve as a road map
for smart, profitable growth. |
 NC REAL
stands for North Carolina Rural Entrepreneurship through Action
Learning. We provide educational programs and support for adults or
youth interested in entrepreneurship.

The REAL program at Central Carolina Community
College provides training in how to turn your business dream into a
reality.
BUS 280 REAL Small Business
This course introduces hands-on techniques and procedures for
planning and opening a small business, including the personal
qualities needed for entrepreneurship. Emphasis is placed on market
research, finance, time management, and day-to-day activities of
owning/operating a small business. Upon completion, students should
be able to write and implement a viable business plan and seek
funding |

Generation Ventures may be able to help. The program offers training
scholarships, business counseling and access to capital for young
people ages 18 to 30 who are itching to become rural entrepreneurs.
