Harnett County Public Library and E-Book

Currently the only e-books Harnett County Library System offers are through NCLive. Most of these titles are not downloadable and must be read on a computer. At this time Harnett County does not subscribe to a service. Wake and Cumberland County both offer e-books. If you live in their county you can get a card for free, if not then they charge an annual fee to obtain a library card.
