Harnett Housing Preservation

·    Harnett County is helping residents preserve homes.

·    This great program assists low income homeowners with urgent housing repair needs.

·    The funds received from USDA Rural Development helped establish this program to assists in the improvement of housing conditions for very low income households.

·    The program also assists in urgent repairs such as, but not limited to a new roof, heating system, and windows.

·    Program funds will be used only to repair conditions which pose a health and/or safety hazard and to provide energy conservation improvements.
