Central Permitting assigns application numbers for land use applications for commercial site plans and multifamily developments, including those that go before the Development Review Board (DRB). Applications are processed in Central Permitting, then forwarded to the Planning Department for review.

Conditional use permits are processed through Central Permitting after approval and must be accompanied by an approval letter.
