HARNETT COUNTY PLANNING BOARD

SUBMITTAL PERIOD FOR PROPOSED ZONING CHANGES, TEXT AMENDMENTS, AND MANUFACTURED HOME PARK PLATS TO THE PLANNING BOARD AND/OR BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

The Planning Board meets the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. and the Board of County Commissioners meet the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise indicated). Both meetings are in the County Commissioners' Assembly Room of the County Administration Building, located at 102 E. Front St. in Lillington.

All application fees are due and payable at the time of submittal. The application fee is used for required advertising and is non-refundable.

Zoning Changes & Text Amendments:

All applications and requests to be reviewed by the Planning Board are due in complete form, in accordance to the filing schedule at the Harnett County Planning Department. Requests will be placed on Planning Board agenda in accordance with the appropriate submittal period.

Manufactured Home Park Plats:

Any person intending to submit an application for review by the Planning Board is strongly encouraged to submit prior to the end of the submittal period for review by Planning Department staff.
