401(k) Account Update

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR 401 (k) ACCOUNT

You can now elect to have your contributions deducted by a certain percentage instead of a certain dollar amount. This will allow you to maintain the percentage without having to increase your contributions with each salary adjustment.

If you currently have a 401 (k) account, please complete the Change Form with the percentage you wish to contribute and return to Human Resources.

If you are not currently taking advantage of this benefit, now is a great time to begin contributing to your retirement. Please complete the Enrollment and Beneficiary Designation Forms and return to Human Resources.
