Nature's Seedlings - All About Wild Turkeys (at Raven Rock State Park)

Nature’s Seedlings is a new monthly nature discovery program for ages 3 to 7 being held every third Thursday of the month. Explore the world of nature through games, exploration, interaction and crafts. November's program is all about the Eastern Wild Turkey. Learn all about the wild turkey that lives in Raven Rock State Park, what they eat, where they live and learn to talk turkey. A guest will be on hand for questions and to demonstrate turkey calls. Registration is not required but please notify us if you are bringing a group. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the program. Programs will be held outside weather permitting.
