Entitlement

County Department of Social Services provides services that help low income families get and maintain work, support, employment, promote quality health care coverage, food assistance and other economic support for families. These services include:

Medical Coverage (Medicaid),

NC Health Choice for Children,

EBT (Food Stamp Benefits),

Child Support Enforcement,

and Special Assistance for the Elderly and Disabled Adult.
