Administrative Support Goals The Administrative Support Staff's main purpose is to provide support for the agency's 140 employees. The unit is responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls to include 29 additional departments in Harnett County; assisting all the public in routing them to the appropriate worker, to include following Alexander vs Flaherty regulations, property checks, support checks, computer checks for IMCW's, typing all correspondence, processing of all incoming and outgoing mail, setting up and assigning all PA and Services cases, various reports to include monthly reports, filing, typing of Medicaid cards, personnel and leave functions, maintenance calls, ordering forms, keying data for the Entitlement and Services units and other duties that would reflect as support staff to the employees. Staff There is one supervisor and sixteen staff in this department supporting all functions of the agency. |
