Security: You must pass through security checkpoints to access the courthouse where security officers screen you and your personal items (brief cases, purses, coats) both electronically and physically.
To make your screening experience as smooth as possible, please do not attempt to enter with the following: guns/firearms, weapons of any type, pocket knives, scissors or any object that could possibly be used as a weapon.
Children: Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in courtrooms (unless it is juvenile court or they have been subpoenaed).
Electronics: No cell phones or other electronics are permitted in the courtrooms.
Dress Code:You should dress for court as if you were going to work or church. It is NOT acceptable by the Court to wear hats/caps, halter-tops or tank tops, cut-off jeans, shorts, or shirts with offensive wording.
