Training for the basic voting program we use is included in our training course before each election.

We take great pride in our service to our customers. EVERY VOTER IS A CUSTOMER!
No voter should be turned away if they want to vote and we should strive to make them feel welcome. After all, voting is their right.
Remember that every poll worker is representing the Board of Elections and Harnett County. We expect the best!
We do get feedback from voters – so remember to treat them as a STAR!
Always remember to Smile.
Always assist customers efficiently and be attentive to their needs.
Always be respectful to their privacy and to their opinions. Workers may never voice or let their personal opinions affect their service to voters.
