Women can choose from many different types of birth control. Some work better than others at preventing pregnancy.

The type of birth control you use depends on your health, your desire to have children now or in the future, and your need to prevent sexually transmitted infections.

The Women's Preventive Health program provides a variety of women’s health services, including family planning, which is available for all women of childbearing age (including teens).

 Services provided include Pap tests, breast exams, testing for sexually transmitted diseases, education and birth control methods, pregnancy testing and more.Services are available by appointment only.
 
 All visits are confidential. Fees are based on income. Medicaid and private insurance are accepted.
  • Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday by appointment.
