* Assists the Board of Commissioners and County departments in the facilitation of public input meetings
* Develops, conducts and evaluates citizen surveys, and designs and plans workshops
* Develops and maintains productive professional working relationships with citizens and employees
* Represents public information interests on internal and external committees
* Responds to inquiries from the media and general public
