A | Scrap tires can be disposed at the Dunn/Erwin Landfill/Transfer Station/Recycling Center or the Anderson Creek Landfill/TransferStation/Recycling Center. There are two classifications for scrap tires Certified and Uncertified. Certified Scrap Tires: There is no charged if delivered separated and offloaded in designated areas. Uncertified Scrap Tires: There is a charge of $76.00 per ton or .038 per pound. |

Hours are Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.. Closed Wednesday and Sunday. However, please check with local auto parts/service locations and/or home improvement stores for recycling or disposing of such liquids. |
