In observance of Labor Day, Harnett County offices, landfills, and convenience centers will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026. The libraries will also be closed on Saturday, September 5, 2026 for the holiday weekend.
Approved FY 2027-2033 Capital Improvements Program
The CIP is a long-term plan for funding the county’s major capital needs. It shows how facilities, equipment, and other projects that cost $100,000 or more could be scheduled and funded over the next seven years, beginning in FY 2024.
