The North Carolina Division of Adult Corrections and Juvenile Justice partners with Juvenile Crime Prevention Councils in each county to galvanize community leaders, locally and statewide, to reduce and prevent juvenile crime. JCPC board members are appointed by the county Board of Commissioners and our Harnett County JCPC meets every third Monday of each month at the Cooperative Extension Office at 126 Alexander Drive in Lillington at 12:30pm. The meetings are open to the public, and all business is considered public information.
