Out Of County Transportation
HARTS travels outside of Harnett County for medical appointments only on designated days. We have reverted to this policy in an effort to maintain a quality of customer services as well as assist as many citizens of Harnett County as possible. When traveling outside of the county we ask that your appointment times be scheduled through 8:30 am - 11:00 am and you must be finished with your appointment by 1:00 pm. Our Dial-A-Ride fee when traveling outside of the county is $5 one way, $10 round trip. The van can arrive up to 3 hours before your appointment.
Mondays and Wednesdays- Wake, Orange, and Durham Counties
Tuesdays and Thursdays- Cumberland, Lee, Moore, Sampson, and Chatham Counties
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays- Johnston County and Sampson County
