LAW UPDATE: VOTER ID NOT REQUIRED FOR 2020 PRIMARY ELECTION
NC voters will NOT be required to show Voter ID for the March 3, 2020, primary election.

In a December 31 order, a federal district court blocked North Carolina’s voter photo ID requirement from taking effect.  The injunction will remain in place until further order of the court.

Eligible voters within Harnett County can vote early at any of our available One-Stop/Early Voting locations.

Weekdays, Feb. 13 - Feb.28 8:00 am - 7:30 pm
Saturdays, Feb. 15, 22 and 29 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sundays, Feb. 16 and Feb. 23 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Reminder: last day to vote early is Saturday Feb 29th

Voter Reminders

  • Curbside voting is available at all sites for voters that can-not enter the polling place due to age or physical disability.
  • NO Voter ID required for March 2020 Primary Election. More details at: https://www.ncsbe.gov/Voter-ID
  • Same-day registration is available at any early voting site
  • Hours not convenient? Request an absentee ballot to be mailed to you. Requests are due by 5pm on Feb 25, 2020. Forms available online and in our office.
