Cape Fear River Trail Park

The Cape Fear River Trail Park opened in May of 2008. The park was made possible by a grant from the Park and Recreation Trust Fund and the donation of land from the Harnett Forward Together Committee. The Park is located on Hwy 217 on the Cape Fear River in Erwin and offers 16 acres of walking trails, overlooks, canoe access, and picnic shelter with restrooms.

For the canoe access lock code, contact Harnett County Parks and Recreation Department at 910-893-7518.
