Our friends at Facing Giants have done it again! Our next Little Outdoor Library Box will be placed at its new home at Barbecue Creek Park (between Western Harnett High and Middle School) with a brief dedication ceremony on Wednesday, May 22nd at 6 PM! Join us for the unveiling, or even bring a book to donate to the box!
For those unfamiliar with Outdoor Little Library Boxes, they are a “take a book, return a book” gathering place where neighbors share their favorite books and stories. In its most basic form, the Library Box is a book exchange whereby anyone can stop and pick up a book (or two) and bring back another book to share.
A special thanks to Facing Giants for partnering with us and creating the box that will serve the community for years to come.
We are happy to announce, in partnership with the Harnett County Public Library, the return of Storytime in the Park at Anderson Creek Park!
Anderson Creek Park is located at 1491 Nursery Rd, Lillington, NC 27546
