The playground at Anderson Creek County Park will be closed for the installation of a new playground beginning December 1, 2025.
The Cape Fear River Trail Park restrooms in Erwin will be closing for winterization on Mon, Dec 1, 2025. They will re-open on March 2, 2026.
The Dunn-Erwin Rail Trail will be undergoing mulching to remove overgrown vegetation encroaching on the trail beginning Mon, Nov 17, 2025 and will run for approximately 2-3 weeks. During this period there may be certain sections of trail that are closed.

Pickup hours: Monday- Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (Closed on most federal holidays) Please call ahead.
