Budget Office
The Budget Office is part of the County Manager’s Office and is responsible for developing and implementing Harnett County’s annual operating budget and multi-year capital improvements program. The Budget Department supports the County Manager and the Board of County Commissioners in crafting and executing the annual operating budget and the multi-year capital improvements program.
