Logic and Accuracy Testing

The Harnett County Board of Elections will conduct Logic and Accuracy (L&A) testing of voting equipment on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. This testing ensures that all machines are counting ballots correctly in preparation for the upcoming election. Test ballots will be marked, scanned, and compared against expected results. Once verified, machines will be sealed and secured with tamper-evident measures.
The testing will take place at the Harnett County Board of Elections office located at 200 Alexander Drive, Lillington, NC 27546. This event is open to the public to attend in person.
