Board of Elections Candidate Challenge Hearing

The Harnett County Board of Elections will conduct a public hearing regarding a candidate challenge filed pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes § 163-127.3 et seq. The hearing concerns a candidacy for North Carolina State Senate, District 12.
The hearing will be conducted in person and will be open to the public at the Harnett County Resource Center and Library, 455 McKinney Parkway, Lillington, North Carolina, in Training Room A. A copy of the Order of Proceedings and Notice of Hearing is included below.
