Harnett County Veterans and their Caregivers are invited to attend a Veterans Breakfast and Information Session

Veterans living in Harnett County are invited to attend a free, veterans-only breakfast designed to connect veterans and veteran caregivers with valuable resources, information, and support services available to them. The event will take place on Monday, March 23, 2026, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the Harnett County Resource Center and Library Training Room 103 A.

This breakfast will provide veterans with the opportunity to stay informed, connect with others who share similar experiences, and receive information from knowledgeable speakers and staff. Topics will include education benefits, compensation, VA medical care, claims submission, burial, and more.

“We are excited to host our first-ever Veterans Breakfast,” said Amy Noel, Assistant Veterans Services Director. “Harnett County is home to many veterans, and this event is designed to ensure they and their families receive the information they need. As a veteran myself, there is so much information for people to know, and this event will allow us to highlight those resources. I encourage all Harnett County veterans to attend and for them to share this information with other veterans that live in Harnett County as well.”

The event will also feature representatives from Civic Federal Credit Union, Veterans Treatment Court, Veterans Bridge Home, and Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Seating is limited, and advance registration is required. This event is exclusively open to Harnett County veterans and their caregivers.

Veterans are encouraged to attend, enjoy breakfast, network, and take advantage of the information and resources available.

Individuals can register here.

The address for the event is 455 McKinney Parkway, Lillington, NC.

For questions regarding the event, contact Harnett County Veterans Services at (910) 893-7574.
