NCDA COVID-19 resources for agricultural producers.

The Harnett County Soil and Water Conservation District is a subdivision of State
Government. The purpose of the District is to work towards conserving water quality, preventing soil erosion, protecting and improving water resources, promoting and encouraging sound conservation
practices by providing information and technical assistance to agricultural producers and landowners within the District.

The Harnett Soil and Water Conservation District's Board of Suprvisors and staff take great pride in working within the Soil and Water parntership to promote voluntary, incentive-driven resource management along with providing conservation education to both youth and adults to foster an appreciation of our County's abundant natural resources.

Announcements 

The Harnett Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors will meet on November 19, 2020 beginning at 7:00pm in the training room of the Harnett County Agriculture Center located at 126 Alexander Drive in Lillington.  The meeting will not be open to the public, however a conference call line will be available for citizens wishing to attend.  The call in number is 910-814-6089.   

NC Agiculture Cost Share Program - Applications are currently being accepted for 2021 Fiscal Year funding.  Call or email District staff to inquire or submit an application.
