In observance of Independence Day, Harnett County offices and libraries will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026. Solid Waste services will be closed on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
All sites will be closed Saturday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6.

Saturday, November 7 from 9:00-12:00 at 301 W Cornelius Harnett Blvd. Lillington, Harnett County Solid Waste Department will host a FREE Household Hazardous Waste Collection & Shredding Event for Harnett County residents.
