In observance of Labor Day, Harnett County offices, landfills, and convenience centers will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026. The libraries will also be closed on Saturday, September 5, 2026 for the holiday weekend.
Effective Monday, June 29: The Northwest Convenience Center (Buckhorn) has relocated. Our new address is 1971 Oakridge River Road, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.
All sites will be closed Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8.
