Become a Volunteer
Harnett County Animal Services is always looking for individuals who want to volunteer.
Volunteers play a vital role in assisting with our facility. All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Greeting and assisting the public with adoptable pets
- Socializing and participating in enrichment activities for the animals
- Cleaning kennels
- Assisting with adoption events
- Transportation
