H.E.L.P. Registry

H.E.L.P. Registry

Do you have special medical or functional needs that would place you at higher risk during an emergency or disaster?

Harnett County Emergency Services is pleased to provide the citizens of Harnett County with the Harnett Emergency Lifeline Program Registry! This access and functional needs registry provides our team with vital information about your specific needs BEFORE a disaster.  If you have a physical disability or special needs that would make it difficult to evacuate during a disaster, the information you provide in this registry helps us plan for your safe evacuation.  We also will use this information to check on you during a disaster, and help you to get the medical equipment and supplies you need to survive a disaster.

Your information will remain closely guarded, and only be used to:

  1. Periodically contact you to verify your information for accuracy, and
  2. To notify you and/or assist you during an emergency event.

Sign up now by clicking the link below and answering all the required information blanks.

If you need assistance filling out the H.E.L.P. questionnaire, ask a family member to help you, or feel free to call our office at (910) 893-7580. We will be happy to walk you through the process!
