Presently, Harnett County does not enforce a minimum housing ordinance. Please reach out to Harnett County Planning Services at (910)893-7525 opt. 2 for more information.

Please reach out to your builder, as plans are often copyrighted. Harnett County Development Services does not maintain building plans outside of record keeping for more than six years per North Carolina Record Keeping Regulations.
