Harnett County mourns the loss of John Rouse, Health Department Director

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of John Rouse, Public Health Department Director.
John Rouse began his career with Harnett County on November 10, 2003. He has served 20 years as the Local Public Health Department Director.
“John has generously served the citizens of Harnett County and cared for the community’s well-being. John had such a big heart, and we will certainly miss him. Please keep your thoughts and prayers with the Rouse family,” said Brent Trout, Harnett County Manager.
