Installation of the new playground at Anderson Creek has begun and we are are hoping that it will be completed by late April/early May 2026.
Benhaven Community Center & Gym
The Benhaven Community Center & Gym is housed in the former Benhaven School location. The Harnett County Early College at Benhaven is also located at this site. The gymnasium, picnic shelter with four picnic tables, playground, and parking lot were completed in 2023. Ballfields are currently under construction.

Open Gym Fridays is being offered at the site, at a cost of $5 per participant
Open Gym Hours: 🏀Every Friday from 6-9 PM
*Friday Night Kickback at Benhaven Community Center & Gym will not be held from Fri, Jan 30 through Fri, Feb 27, 2026 due to scheduled events and Early Voting.*
