Planning Board Review

PLAN2402-0002.  Landowner/ Applicant:  Deborah Hales Thomas; 51.17 +/- acres; Pin # 0507-78-0431.000; Barbecue Township; NC Hwy 27 West.  The applicant requests an exception from the Minor Subdivision "three year rule."  The new owner wishes to create one new lot to sale.  Article III, Section 8.2.1 D "3-year Minor Subdivision Rule" of the Harnett County Unified Development Ordinance.

Add, "Outdoor Flea Markets" to 7.6.2 as well as the Letter E, which tells what outdoor display consist of and how long it can be displayed.  Delete 7.6.3 in its entirety.
