Join us for the Eat Well, Live Well Cooking Demo on Thursday, January 8th from 5:30pm-6:30pm at Harnett County Cooperative Extension, located at 126 Alexander Drive in Lillington. This will be a fun and educational cooking demonstration focused on healthy, flavorful Mediterranean meals. This style of eating can play a role in reducing risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Seating is limited. The registration deadline is Monday, January 5th.
