In observance of Labor Day, Harnett County offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026. The libraries will also be closed on Saturday, September 5, 2026 for the holiday weekend.
Adult Health
The Adult Health Division offers a variety of services for adults. These services are provided for all persons, which include:
- Adult Immunizations
- Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Testing
- Pregnancy Testing
- HIV counseling and testing
- Communicable disease management
