Food, Lodging and Institution Section
The Food, Lodging and Institution Section of Environmental Health protects the public health through education and enforcement activities. State rules are used in the regulation of restaurants, food stands, mobile food units, pushcarts, lunchrooms, elderly nutrition sites, temporary food establishments, limited food establishments, hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, camps, meat markets, residential cares, school buildings, institutions, public pools and spas, tattoos and child care centers.
