Harnett County Central Permitting to Resume In-Person Service During Regular Hours Monday, May 3rd, 2021
Beginning Monday, May 3rd, 2021, Harnett County Central Permitting will resume in-person service during regular office hours. Staff will be available to provide in-person service from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, and assist by phone until 5:00 PM.
Residents visiting the Central Permitting office will be required to wear face coverings, maintain social distancing, and follow safety guidelines. For the latest information on COVID-19 in Harnett County, visit www.harnett.org.
Central Permitting processes applications and permits for the following departments: Environmental Health, E911 Addressing, Fire Marshal’s Office, Inspections, Planning and Public Utilities. Likewise, staff will process applications for other jurisdictions that require services of the departments Central Permitting represents.
